Fair play to Yagmur and Andreas for responding on the A4U forum - much better than just ignoring the issue.

I hope this shows a clear intent to keep Zanox UK Spyware free.

I think Zanox will not allow spyware into their network here ever, not if they know what is good for them, besides it was you guys and girls, and myself included really nipped the whole issue in the bud. I got mostly annoyed with Zanox on two issues. The first because they tried to do what another well known network did and introduce guidelines that by the nature of 180solutions business model, they would still be in violation of the networks terms and conditions, so that renders/ed the guidelines useless. If Zanox really had their finger on the pulse in UK affiliate marketing, they would have known the consequences of still partnering with 180. The second reason why I got so annoyed is the very point that you make "venomously denying their existence" crapware is still crapware in any language. Don’t people like Zanox get it? By facilitating these companies (and no one is denying it's an awesome way for 180 to generate shed loads of money) they are in essence, a) Preventing the very people they need to buy their merchants products
b) Hitting the very life blood of affiliate marketing, namely affiliates
c) Destroying their clients brand.
It has been proven time and time again, remove 180 and the sales still come in, it’s not a myth that 180 can deliver results, but at whose expense, http://www.a4uforum.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=53 I think Zanox ought to read this entire thread from beginning to end and this time read it properly, they should also read this http://www.revenews.com/adware_spyware_greynets.html
I know they are reading this blog entry and my message is… do the right thing and Ill be happy to sing your song

It can only be asumed that as Zanox has taken such a stance in Germany then they would undoubtedly turn a blind eye to the use of such methods in the UK, while probably venomously denying their exsistance.
