I'm therefore being pragmatic. I've just started a pilot programme for those young people who are naturally enterprising / entreprenerial but have no niche within the current education system. Inorder to satisfy targets / points etc we're doing qualifcations as an incidental to what they're working on - making the qaulifications fit them rather than the other way round!
