Yeah I have been a bit quiet on forums and blogs, it’s a busy time for us and for me in particular. Got shed loads going on so its heads down and nose to the wheel.All our clients have got lots of news and we will be releasing this over the coming days.Example RedSave.com have got an affiliate tool kit, a dedicated site just for affiliates to wander over and just add their aff ID and hey presto. We are just coming out of beta for PaidOnResults.com affiliates. If we could ever get a hold of tech support at TD, then maybe our tradedoubler.com affiliates could participate too, in your own good time guys :0P stephen at redsave.com, he would love you to call him back :0)

My presentation is how to avoid conflict with your affiliates. Aimed at merchants about to set up an aff program or have just launched an aff program. The presentation will give you the foundations you need all within the context of dispelling a few myths and a sprinkle of common sense. I have seen Lee McCoy’s presentation on social networking, oh my giddy aunt, very topical. So, if I’m not at my own seminar you will find me at Lee’s :0) I look forwards to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones. It will be busy :0)We have an Astrobingo.co.uk aff incentive being launched next week, its a big one :0)In 2008, Ill be taking more of a back seat while I role out a few of my own personal projects, all within the realms of affiliate marketing.
We have been working with RO-EYE on a couple of joint projects which is panning out nicely and we hope to continue to work with the guys and do a few amazing things in 2008.We have welcomed Mike Blumenkrantz who has settled in nicely, Mike is looking after our US interests and is working with us on our first major project which we hope to have live by Jan 20th 08.We have secured an affiliate deal that we think will blow your socks off, due date Feb/March 2008
All work no play? Yeah… Im going to take a couple of days off soon, heading off to Café Paris and meet some fellow french internet folk and swap a few ideas and some cheese ;0)

Why should you go? Its 100% networking and knowledge swapping.
I really like affiliate summit and the more I go, the more contacts I make.
They get to learn about the UK and I get to learn about the US and have a bit if fun whilst doing it.So apologies for not lifting my head up more often, Im just crunching :0)

Purple: Im sure there will be loads going on before xmas, maybe we will get a chance to meet up at one of them? Hope so :0) Matthew Wood, Im sure has factored in a post Expo breakdown. And of course loads will be blogging. But Purps, you were one of the first affiliates on the scene, its going to feel a bit odd, like something is missing. Sure u cant make it? You can borrow my chopper if you like :0)
Work, yes indeed… I know Im pushing myself, but… I have a dream, lol Funnily enough, its not about making millions, that’s just a side effect. I have so many ideas some affiliate based, some not… I can see the gaps and brand new ideas never been done before. I have done the research. For the first time since coming into the business, I can now make some of those dreams come true. Im prepared to fall flat on my face btw and get verbally beaten up. But I cant sit still, I know that. I referred to some one quiet recently, in a nice way, as an internet fidget (said it was better then being an internet widget) I think I was describing myself too. Purps, you work just as hard, we all do and don’t think I don’t notice. So next year, a few of the big projects, one of them is how to make a brand using only affiliate marketing, its an experiment which can be used as a case study.
Lee : Oh ye of little faith, it hits all the right buttons and I for one, want to know more.
You have been working in this area and I think as more and more people gravitate towards the likes of facebook, we need to know if there is a way of being able to monetise. I really hope the two don’t clash, I would be gutted!
