Rates are very good and yes people do take notice and we all love to rummage through our goody bags. Like I said before on this very blog, the best freebies impo, have always been from Buy.at in terms of usefulness (excluding the beach balls,lol) can your company do better this year? Id be dead impressed to find keys to a brand new BMW in my bag, lol… ok I can dream.
Hotels are in abundance and Boston has a great public transport network.
Please please do take some extra days to explore this city, its one of my personal favourites. An APA representative will be attending and if purplebear does not go, neither will I, Kathy… no excuses hun, it’s a stones throw from Philly, you know you want to :0)

Thanks Jess - as far as the hotels, there are not many in close proximity to the conference, and the conference hotel (Seaport) is filling up fast.
Please note that once the block is filled at the $189 rate, the regular rate for rooms there is currently $400 for that time.
