A4uExpo goes into Europe – Amsterdam 28-29 April 2009
After a4uExpo’s run away success in the UK with the first UK industry specific event, their sights are now firmly set on taking this event to Europe. The location is the beautiful city of Amsterdam (tips on how to get there from the UK below) If you want a professional event with bells and whistles then from past experience these people know how to hit all the right buttons from all sides of the affiliate marketing industry.
Affiliate marketing in Europe has many challenges, language being one of them but also there are quite a few countries that are still trying to get greater on line access, this chart will give you some indication of Internet usage in Europe
The reason why you should attend has to include, for merchants, if and how to move their products around, if they should have presence in Europe, if so which countries, is affiliate marketing the same as the UK? Cultural differences? Which affiliate network is right for your sector? But its nt just about the UK heading out to the rest of Europe, this is Europe looking to see if there are opportunities in the UK.
For affiliates, the same advice keeps reverberating around the Internet, you need to diversify. I doubt if there will be too many opportunities this year to meet so many relevant people at such a focused event.
Europe is vast and all countries in various stages of change, remember its the early bird that catches the worm.
How much does it cost?
Full Affiliate Pass is Eu 279 (approx 261 GBP)
Full Network/Agency pass is Eu 379 (approx 355 GBP)

Getting there, how I do it.
Coach from London, Victoria Coach Station to Amsterdam Central.
Cheap as chips but your bum may get a bit numb, small sacrifice if you are like me and want to have your nose pressed up against the window. Coach stops around three times so you can stretch your legs.
