I think Ill have more luck contacting the dead!<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">4 support tickets and 35 unanswered calls (even at the premium rate of 50p per minute, they still don\u2019t pick up) This is what my past client has experienced and I have joined this farce and contributed two support tickets and four calls.<\/p>\n<p>The domain name my past client bought was due for renewal, he operates his business on this domain name, it\u2019s his lively hood and as a small business he can\u2019t afford to lose sales. So when he pays for the renewal for his domain name, he finds that instead of renewal its been put into pending with a view to expire.<br \/>\nThe consequences of this are that he has no website today. So now you see the urgency.<\/p>\n<p>Upon doing a rec of 123-reg.co.uk I find that their parent company is Pipex <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pipex.co.uk\/rc\/mini\/?source=cpc-srch-ggl\"><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">http:\/\/www.pipex.co.uk\/rc\/mini\/?source=cpc-srch-ggl<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">and I also find this lovely link <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/pipexcommunicationsplc.com\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">http:\/\/pipexcommunicationsplc.com\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\"> Some hosting and domain registration companies are great, we use <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kualo.co.uk\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">www.kualo.co.uk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\"> for some of our website hosting, customer services are very very good. For domain name registration, we use <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.godaddy.com\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\">www.godaddy.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 85%; font-family: arial\"> (never had a problem) Please please as a warning to others, do your due diligence before signing up with any one, do a google on them, test their customer support.
