Affiliate Sumit
Well looks like Im off to Florida for my first ever US affiliate summit. I have wanted to go for as long as I can remember. Meeting some of my heros that seem to have been in the affiliate marketing industry for ever, meeting some of the guys and girls I have shared the odd bit of banter on msn, US affiliate marketing forums and blogs. It’s an odd feeling as I am confident in my own surroundings and nerves never enter into the equation. But I seriously am nervous about this one. Perhaps it’s because I will be on unfamiliar turf, unfamiliar faces that may question why I have the nerve to think that I should know anything about the US online marketing scene. My fears are probably unfounded and Im sure Ill be fine. I have been reliably informed by Jonathan Craft that I should have not just opted for the exhibition pass but go for the one where the parties are included. So I guess its just like pubcon then, ha ha ha. Note to self, don’t ask for a pint, ask for a pitcher :0) So looks like I may have to upgrade my ticket and upgrade my sparkly eye shadow. Plan of action is just to go along and be my limey self. Ohhhhhhh holy batman, just seen the attendee list… this one is fascinating not looked at the site yet “Psycho Therapy Clothing” The mind boggles (no pun intended)
