TheTrainline.com when if first arrived was a god send for frequent travelers and having used it many times without incident, when it works, it works very well.I would love to see all call centers have the power to be able to escalate any problems, its great having a call centre that can deal with the day to day issues like rebooking and Im sure this works well.

Yes the call centers are supposed to do that. Here in Australia, the Call centers usually deal these issues in a versatile way…
