EBTM.com AffiliateProgram update
The fast News:
Last week we noticed that some of the links via the affiliate networks had not been updated since the switch from one site platform to another, which happened back in July 07. We can not find any evidence that any affiliates were informed about the changes either, if this is the case then, we cant go back in time, but we can now put measures in place to prevent this from happening again. Going forwards, AffiliateProgramAdvice.com have advised EBTM.com about the importance of issuing prior communication and alerting everyone if they make site changes and how it affects affiliates. A heads up to all affiliates promoting EBTM.com using our original deep links to Band specific banners. Please double check your links to make sure they click through to the current website. Some of you may still have BAND specific banners, still pointing to the old ecommerce platform.Affiliate’s are advised to check their own links any way, we have had two cases where by an affiliates has set up their links incorrectly including datafeeds.

We took over the affiliate program in mid September 07, its ironic but AffiliateProgramAdvice.com seems to have come full circle with EBTM.com just follow the crumb trail. The Affiliate Program came home just in time for Christmas.

Updated old and new creatives.
New Content units, setting them up is childs play, no tech skills needed, just copy and paste.
Grouped affiliates according to their needs so we can provide the appropriate tools.

Discount vouchers can now be provided with a longer lead time.
We have increased commissions via POR from 10% to 15%

We are still trying to sort out the datafeed issues via CJ.com but… we know that may take some time, Im too impatient so we got EBTM.com to provide a clean feed which affiliates can use for the interim period, you will need to add your cj and affiliate tags but its better then nothing. We have categorized affiliates, we kicked out a few naughty affiliates and the affiliate program via cj.com less the datafeed issue is now clean and healthy.So what’s it all for?
Affiliates are now experiencing better conversions.
We have constantly since Sep, when we took over the program, not only met our targets from EBTM but Nov, Dec… we smashed one and on target to smash the other. EBTM have been working on their conversions and every one is seeing the benefits. Affiliate conversions are on average higher (do affiliates send more targeted traffic?) lol, had to get that in there.
EBTM.com now have a proactive and profitable affiliate program.Happy Christmas from Helen and myself and a big thank you to everyone, for all your hard work, patience and support and on behalf of EBTM.com to their affiliates, they would also like to pass on their seasons greetings and they are constantly working on their site, products and conversions and are 100% completely behind their affiliate program.
