Affiliatewindow.com charge affiliates a nominal £5.00 to join their affiliate network.
This is for quality control reasons and it works! Affiliates do get their £5.00 back so awin are not making any profit from this. In fact, their own affiliate program offers £2.00 per new referred affiliate. Great idea and deters fraudsters and I have yet to meet an affiliate that has said, nope… not going to sign up because of it!
