Who is 3sacrowd.com?
3sacrowd.com are an upcoming online lifestyle glossy with Tara Palmer-Tomkinson as one of our directors. We update our magazine daily and also have an extensive lifestyle planner allowing the user to manage their busy lives and stay in touch with their friends. With our sister company Three’s A Crowd Events we gain exclusive access to celebrities and personalities worldwide and as such we can offer members of the public a glimpse into the high life and even a chance to attend our events. Our online magazine also offers the users a chance to get a name for themselves; users can upload editorial pieces and videos and potentially be a part of the editorial team. With a number of premium partners onboard we look forward to enhancing our user base and see you as one of our most valuable outlets.

The Affiliate Program
Historically, affiliateprogramadvice.com have been skittish around pay per lead programs but when we were asked to look at 3sacrowd.com we could see immediately what they were trying to achieve and we thought their business model and endorsement was going to be a real hit with a lot of UK women. Pay Per Lead programs actually require a lot more attention to setting them up to that of a pay per sale program. You have to factor in a lot of protective /security measures from all sides of the fence. You also have to ensure that the sign up form is going to convert, to add to the problem solving list, 3sacrowd.com had only a certain amount of budget per month to invest in leads, so the challenges were how to effectively manage a capped pay per lead program. Capped means if a merchant or agency working with a set monthly budget, affiliate marketing may not always work, especially if the affiliate program is successful, you could end up running out of money before the end of the month and then what happens? You can’t pay the affiliates any more until the following month. There have been a few cases where this has happened and we can argue the rights and wrongs of these cases another day. But suffice to say, if you are upfront with affiliates from the off in terms of giving them an informed choice, then there should be no reason why a capped affiliate program could not work.

Red on dvd

I fired up skype and got with Graeme of PaidOnResults.com to pass it all by him and as always he just is so far a head of the game and told be a bout a little widget they could make especially for 3sacrowd.com affiliates. For an affiliate what would be important to them if they were to join a capped budget affiliate program? It’s got to be how much is the merchant still in funds? So how cool is this?

Affiliates can now weigh up the pros and cons of joining a capped pay per lead affiliate program and can keep an eye on the merchants funding float (it should be noted that a merchant can top up before the funds run out. A nice bit of inside knowledge here, (gather round, shhhhhhhhh) if the in funds thermometer goes down to zero, there is a little left over in the pot. For 3sacrowd.com this is the first time entering into the affiliate marketing arena, they are taking their first tentative steps and we aim to make their experience and thoroughly enjoyable one as this will encourage them to increase their monthly cap.

Affiliates will be admitted to the affiliate program after AffiliateProgramAdvice.com pre approves each affiliate, we reserve the right to refuse affiliates and where possible, we will give you a reason.

3sAcrowd reserves the right to suspend affiliates based on the following criteria. Where there is clear evidence that the affiliate is sending or submitting fraudulent leads, in this scenario, we will supply clear evidence and all commissions pending will be voided and the affiliate will no longer belong to the 3sacrowd affiliate program. Where by an affiliate is promoting 3sacrowd.com on any inappropriate website, for example, porn, promoting racism, homophobia, religious intolerance, violence, or anything that could make the wider public wince.

Validation of leads
We will validate leads every ten working days as we will need to carry out spot checks to ensure quality control.

A valid lead constitutes valid email address, UK resident and we will be checking for activity of the referred user hence the ten working days to validate. The gap will help us spot any fraud but will also be able to gauge the quality of the lead. It should be noted that 3sacrowd recognise if affiliates throw the ball, they have to be able to catch it. Also, we realize that there maybe a referred lead out side of the UK that really wants to get involved, we would not reject this lead but our primary traffic is UK. In other words, we will use our common sense and judgment.
