BadBoyMMA.com update
We identified a few sticky areas on the BadBoyMMA.com website namely the shopping basket. We are pleased to announce that we have greased the areas that seemed to get some of their customers hesitating. Early indications are we have closed a few customer exits and there is a nice surprise on the order thank you page. We have made things a lot more user friendly and we have removed unnecessary and confusing procedures. We have factored in human error too. It’s nice and slick now. Also We are now adding Discovery and Amex will follow soon after. We are looking at shipping as the cost to get a T-shirt to the UK is a little jaw dropping. We also noted that a couple of categories were still waiting for stock to come in. So we spoke to the guys and came to the decision that rather then remove the empty category pages, as this is an entry point for customers, we now have links back to the store page http://www.badboymma.com/Store .
