If I had a penny for every time a client was not using or unable to understand their web analytics, I could retire tomorrow. This is your companies DNA, its the blue print to understanding your traffic. The who, the what and the where and even the why. If you don’t understand how to interpret your stats today, that’s ok :0)
After all, you cant be expected to know everything. But if there is one piece of advice I could give anyone with an online business, go learn how to use your website analytics.
I have just been looking at Econsultancy’s Web Analytics – A beginner’s guide and it is as it states on the tin. It’s in a layman’s term approach and it’s definitely what you need to get started.
