Update on BadboyMMA.com
We were brought in initially to set up and start an affiliate program for BadboyMMA.com.
We identified some key areas that needed addressing in order to improve basket conversions and ultimately sales, by doing this the affiliate program would have a better chance of converting for affiliates. A quick reminder, if affiliates refer targeted traffic to marchants its down to the merchant to convert that traffic.
Upshot is AffiliateProgramAdvice.com became trouble shooters and we were given full control to help BadBoyMMA.com out and subsequently we are also now working with their associated site BadBoy.com and BadBoy International

Old website was flash heavy and slow loading.
Check out was confusing and long winded.
Host of other minor problems but combined was causing traffic leakage.
No proper backend CRM
Brand was top heavy and commercial aspect overshadowed.
Analytics needed fixing and updating.
Soldier Blue move
Consumer data was limited.
Left hand and right hand were operating independently and required better interdepartmental communication and associated third parties.

Created a new website where commercial and brand were working together.
We used a few elements of flash and Ajax ensuring speedy down load for all users.
One page check out and negotiated a lower international flat shipping rate.
Fixed analytics but will implement a proper analytics package.
Created a cracking affiliate program.
Turn around approximately eight weeks from identifying the problems to fixing.
In the period that we were fixing things, the company moved away from their Fulfilment Company and online order processing and set up with another that used offline order processing. Having worked with a number of companies that use offline order processing, we know that there can be an ouch factor involved and will have some impact on how sales are processed and also will affect the affiliate program negatively unless all the logistics are in place, which they were not for BadbOyMMA.com. We have proven to the various parties concerned that they must swap back to real time online order processing and I am delighted to say, this company listened and we hope to have online real time order processing back on the BadBoyMMA.com site within the next two weeks. What does all this mean? Reduction in fraudulent orders, affiliate reversal of commissions will be very small if at all meaning, the Affiliate Program will be back on track soon, we have kept the affiliate program deliberately on a go slow, we hope to start some serious mixed marketing arts on it very soon.

No fuss, no drama… the company had a bottle neck and called us in, we spoke and they listened and problems are almost fixed. Meaning they have all the right ingredients for a long and very profitable business online.
